Your Iso file should look like this. Last edited: Aug 19, I also have the same problem too, I've put the isos and the csos in the ISO folder in the root of the memory stick, and on my psp, it shows that the isos are taking up space, but the isos themselves don't show up at all.
Eisherz , Sep 8, Ok, and actually what makes you think that you can play copied games on an official firmware? I don't want to mock you or anything, just very curious.
Eisherz , Sep 19, You must log in or sign up to reply here. Show Ignored Content. Now how do I do that???? I have described the steps, as how to do it with illustrations. Extract the ISO using Winrar. Open it. Traverse back to the directory where you extracted the ISO.
On clicking save you will get a Window as show. Click on Continue You would see a progress bar. Look at the image below Once the progress bar disappears. The value used for the compression, 9 is the highest compression level. The first thing is I am wondering why they would want to do this. Cool guide you got there! What other stuff can u rip out of a game to save space? To save space The Soundtracks seem like a good idea, lets say you've got GTA The radio station's one thing that you could remove to reduce your CSO size to a great extent.
You will also want to keep the compression level on 9 to make sure that you have a high quality compression. The name of the step says it all, place your newly compressed files in the ISO folder of your psp.
If you are using Ubuntu I noticed that my computer would say the file was transferred completely, but my psp disagreed. So when you are transferring the files your psp will have a bar that is moving back and forth, once this dissapears unmount your drive then disconnect your psp. The below picture shows what happens when the file finishes. Reply 12 years ago on Introduction.
